Customers

We have a very small list of clients because our business model relies on a highly trained, onshore team who work within our client infrastructure over a long period of time. What does this mean in effect?

  • hell

  • The people who you talk to at the start of an engagement are the same people who work on your project in the long term.

  • We do not use a bait and switch model (standard in the industry) because quality and training is important to us.

  • We tightly integrate with your existing staff and technology so we are deeply familiar with your ERP stack.

  • Our Clients are generally large (multi-billion dollar) publicly traded companies where security and reliability are essential.

  • We work remotely but the client managers have a very high visibility on the work being done - at a task level but also on a blow by blow level of each task. It's not required but it is available to review that activity at any time.
