IT/ERP Support

IT and ERP Support services are our base. We have clients who require support of IT infrastructure, and of Enterprise Software. So how do we approach this?

  • We bring our own infrastructure. This includes ticketing systems, of course, but also wiki's, knowledge bases, monitoring, IM communication, and so on. It's integral to what we do.

  • We integrate our infrastructure with yours. That means that we are able to communicate with your internal ticket systems, AND those of your other vendor partners. We can typically create or link to tickets in any systems, all using email (so there are no security/SOX issues).

  • We train and support our own people. Each of our consultants is onshore, and in many cases local. We prefer to work remotely because our support infrastructure is so good. But, when needed, we also place consultants on site, mostly for IT support work which requires physical presence.
